My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and kept very clean, although there were a few minor oversights in the cleaning process that could be improved. The service was attentive, but there were some delays in getting things done efficiently. The location was beautiful with a bit of seaweed on the beach but well-maintained lobby areas. The dining options were diverse and fresh, although there were occasional delays in service. The facilities were adequate during my stay.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The romance suite was perfect, but the rooms with 2 double beds were a bit dated and had a musty smell. The service was top-notch, with the staff taking great care of us, although some services seemed to be extra charges. The location in the Riviera Maya was lovely overall, but the smell of sewage was off-putting at times. The dining experience offered a wide variety of fresh food, but some options were disappointing. The facilities were adequate, but some areas could use an update.

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. Despite the attractive walk through well-kept grounds to the beach, the rooms were a letdown with a damp smell and an infestation of flies. The dated rooms surrounded by jungle made for a grotty stay. The noise from the main road, although not visible, was quite bothersome on the balcony.
